I have the exacly the same hair quality and length but how can I brush my hair like this guy and maintain it? Do I need to blowdry it?

I suggest blowdrying it that way but also using a styling product (gel, hairspray, etc). Bed Head brand usually works well. Good luck.

Make a part near the back of ur scalp and come hair forward.......Use John Frieda or Bedhead straightening products..put it in your hair...... and use a ceramic flat iron to straighten your hair.
