I had mono a few months ago, and lately alot of my hair has been falling out, I have low iron and that could be it but it comes out in huge clumps, hair brushes, pillows, shower, all the time...

Not typicially. I think this should be a question directed towards your doctor. I've never heard of hair loss happening after mono.

mono should not have this after effects, only finish with hair in the the place where you used it, a human losses 50 to a 100 hairs a day, consult a professional have a nice day good luck ...........................
