My face hurts please help i used Sally Hansen precision brush on hair remover now it stings?

i rinsed it with cold water...my face is slightly red and it hurts...it says to put nothing on the face...what can i use because my face really hurts right now...antibiotic cream? aloe vera gel...but that has alcohol in it...thats gonna make it really hurt....please advise thanks

I would put on some really mild moisturizer if you have any for sensitive skin (I use Neutrogena %26amp; it's really mild). If you feel like it was an allergic reaction, you might want to take a Benedryll. Can't hurt and will calm the irritation %26amp; the swelling! ..it's a great thing to keep in your medicine cabinet for any kind of allergic irritation. It will make you a bit sleepy, and if you take two, you'll go right to sleep. You should be fine by the morning. Hope you feel better! Good luck!

You left it on too long. Nothing will help it, but try vaseline. Your skin is burned. that's why it feels that way.

Wash with Betadine and follow with Neosporin cream or a cortisone spray to reduce inflammation. Betadine is an antibacterial cleanser that is available over-the-counter from your pharmacist.

It always does that to me too. I actually put moisturizer on my face (the kind you use after washing makeup off). It will sting a bit, but it takes the red away. Plus, the next day, you should be back to normal.

Dab on Witch Hazel (cheap soothing remedy from pharmacy) or Burt's Bees Lettuce Toner. These are the best soothers for this situation.

If you have sensitive skin you shouldn't use any sort of depilitory cream. This could be why your skin feels like this.

I had that problem too, I just kept a washcloth with cold water on my face to help soothe it. never again.
