Would you consider it a compulsion to constantly brush your hair, and also refuse to sleep on wrinkl

Not if the compulsion doesn't negatively affect anyone else. If its something that makes you comfortable and doesn't bother a loved one do it. On the otherhand if the compulsion is making it impossible do daily activities then it might be something worth working on.

Would you consider it a compulsion to constantly brush your hair, and also refuse to sleep on wrinkles sheets?

No, that would be the obsession. Your compulsion is what's causing the obsession and the only way to stop doing those things or thinking that way is to conrol the compulsion.

Would you consider it a compulsion to constantly brush your hair, and also refuse to sleep on wrinkles sheets?

yes

Would you consider it a compulsion to constantly brush your hair, and also refuse to sleep on wrinkles sheets?

No. I make sure my feet are clean before I put my shoes on and walk around the house in socks. I am also very anal about my oral care. Floss, brush, rinse, see the dentist twice a year.

Yes, get a life, what you need are some REAL problems. Don't you know there are people who have no hair and people who sleep on far worse than wrinkles? Do something real and stop obsessing over nothing.
