Yes and no. I like the feel of a girl's hair brushing against my shoulder, arm, chest, or neck because it is intimate feeling. I am less likely to like hair brushing my face because a lock always manages to find a way into my mouth. Sometimes it is okay, like when you are kissing, but overall I would say the face is a no-go.
